Our first dance was perfect- a memory we will have forever. Our family and friends couldn't stop talking about how great you all were and so accommodating with song requests. Wow! KOKOMO really blew the roof off our reception! The dance floor was NEVER empty and they kept the energy up all night! Jeff is super easy and great to work with...the band even learned a song for one of our special dances. Guests were chanting for more even after the reception was over!
We also used their jazz trio during dinner, which was lovely background music. When the band took breaks, it was not super evident because they played great music and kept folks dancing. Saturday was indeed a blast, and Kokomo was a huge part of a magical evening. You guys kept the dance floor packed for three hours, and that is the best testament you could ask for. I also don’t want to overlook the trio at dinner. It was exactly what we wanted - excellent music at a volume that allowed comfortable conversation. Laura and I both commented to each other during dinner that it was perfect! Of course, my personal highlight was getting to play with you guys. The surprise was complete, and I think it sounded good too. I really want to thank you and the band for being so gracious allowing me to indulge my rock and roll fantasies in front of all my friends and family. It made the evening all the more special for all of us.
